ABOUT BIG BROTHER PLUMBING
At Big Brother Plumbing, plumbing is more than just a trade to us. It’s something we genuinely care about. Our company was built on hard work, honesty, and treating customers the same way we’d want our own family treated.
Big Brother Plumbing was founded by Eduardo “Eddie” Rojo after years of working in the plumbing industry and learning the trade from the ground up.
The name “Big Brother” comes from Eddie’s role in his family. Even though he’s the middle of three brothers, he earned the nickname because he was the tallest. Family has always been a huge part of his life, and those same values carry into the way we run our business every day.
We’re a family-owned, faith-driven plumbing company that believes in doing the job right, being upfront with customers, and never cutting corners. Our team provides residential and commercial plumbing services across the Irving area, including leak detection, hydro jetting, sewer repairs, total repipes, water heater services, drain cleaning, and emergency plumbing repairs.
Customers call us because they want honest answers, fair pricing, and reliable work from plumbers who actually care about helping people. We also offer financing options and back many of our below-slab repairs with a 5-year warranty for extra peace of mind.
No matter the size of the job, our goal stays the same: show up on time, treat people with respect, and leave every customer feeling taken care of.

As a hands-on owner, Eddie believes customers deserve straight answers, fair pricing, and quality workmanship without the runaround. He’s deeply involved in the day-to-day side of the company and takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses solve plumbing problems the right way.
